BPM500 is a crack sealer designed for heating and pouring the bitumen sealant for repair and construction works on highways, airfields, parking lots, bridges.
Crack is a seam filler designed for heating and supplying under pressure bitumen-Elastoplast sealing mastic during the work on sealing cracks, seams and waterproofing for repair and construction works on highways, airfields, bridges, overpasses.
The main element of the filler is the heated container. The mastic is heated to the operating temperature by a diesel burner through an oil jacket filled with thermal oil. The hot mastic is fed through a supply hose and a fishing rod.
The caster is equipped with a single-cylinder diesel engine.
A system for electrically heating the mastic supply hose and the casting nozzle of the fishing rod is provided for continuously maintaining the working temperature of the material.
