Virtute Maris is a specialist engineering company operating in the field of internal combustion engines for machines, special vehicles and boats. It is also the exclusive distributor of brands such as Lister Petter diesel engines from the UK, Yamaha petrol engines from Japan and electric boat motors from the Swedish company Stream Propulsion. In addition, it also provides services such as:
- production of electrical harnesses for internal combustion engines, including control panels
- design of engine-related systems
- design and manufacture of hydraulic and pneumatic drives.
- design of power hydraulics valve blocks, e.g. proportional solenoid valves, speed control, etc.
- design and manufacture of dedicated control systems, e.g. consolidation of multiple control elements into a single control panel, including engine operation,
- design and manufacture of executive controllers (preferably communicating via CAN bus), sensor readings, speed control, device operating logic, control of hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid valves.
