Applications:
The hydraulic sleeper changing device HSW is a multifunctional unit for removing and installing the track ballast bed as well as for changing wooden and concrete sleepers.

The sleeper changing device is picked up and the hydraulic energy is supplied by the rail-road excavator or the respective carrier device.

The sleepers are removed and installed using hydraulic sleeper clamps that can rotate 360°. The positioning and design of these clamps was chosen to ensure safe and gentle removal and installation of all common wooden and concrete sleepers.

There is no need to change the pliers, even with different types of thresholds.

In order to achieve a high level of effectiveness of the sleeper changing device, the maximum volume was selected for the permanently mounted bucket segments.
The digging depth of the HSW sleeper changing device is variable thanks to two adjustable rollers and can therefore be individually adjusted.
