The PELETON-200 pellet machine is reliable and easy to use. It easily processes sawdust from hardwood and coniferous wood, as well as biomass (straw, grain waste, dried apple pomace) with a capacity of up to 200 kg/h. It is possible to assemble it into a mini line to automate the production process.

Another very useful application of the PELETON series sawdust pellet machine is the possibility of adapting it to a production line for the production of granulated animal feed. The feed mixture for rabbits, chickens, cattle, fish and pigs will be high-calorie and easily digestible. When processing biomass with a pressing unit, which consists of pressing rollers and a flat, double-sided die with radial holes, the biomass is heated to a temperature of 95°C, which gives a positive antibacterial effect and reduces the risk of fungi.
The life of the die is 500-600 hours of operation, provided that the principles of operation of the equipment and the appropriate quality of raw materials are followed. The pellet mill should be serviced regularly in accordance with the attached operating instructions. The feed mixture should be mixed until homogeneous and moistened if necessary to obtain 10-18% moisture. The size of the raw material fraction should not be larger than the size of the die holes.
